Avoid Screen 5 and possibly this place. I went to see Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc and after 2 minutes of seating there, everyone started sweating. For food order (popcorn and drinks), it was available only via the machine and when you go to collect, all you get is a box of popcorn (small/medium pieces) and bags of M&M (extra ordered) you have to tear and pour it yourself. Also, they only give you the cup and lid and you need to go to fill the drink yourself. Staff not approachable and took some time to ask for ice, which apparently they do not serve. The lid of the drink is a bit flimsy so careful as I got mine spilled a bit over me. We had premium seat but they appeared dirty even in the dark. Everything was so self-service that it might have been better watching at my own place.

Atmosphere was miserable from the moment I walked in, huge queue at the self-service machines while loads of other staff were standing around. When I went to the B&J's counter I just got a dismissive "pay over there" pointing at the self checkout. Didn't even end up buying anything, every staff interaction felt uninterested. You wouldn't think cinemas make their money from food and drinks with this approach. We were in Screen 6 premium seats and they were uncomfortable and dirty. Whole place is run down, row numbers wasn't clear, people couldn't find where they were sitting. Only good thing is the free parking, otherwise its an outdated place thats had its time.

Disappointing "Liemax" Experience Visited for an 10:40AM screening and was thoroughly disappointed. The IMAX here is a classic example of "Liemax" the screen looked hazy and dusty, completely ruining the clarity you expect from premium formats. As a massive fan of deep bass, the sound system here was incredibly frustrating. Instead of clean, powerful low-end, there was a horrible, distracting physical buzz and hum every single time a song hit a low frequency. It completely takes you out of the movie. To top it off, the popcorn for the first screening of the day was properly stale. If you want a real premium Laser IMAX experience, go elsewhere.

I don't know how this place has 4 stars. It was a horrible customer experience. On arrival, place was pretty empty but also quite dirty. There were only a few people ordering food (like 3 others so not busy at all). I went to the self service kiosk as I wanted time to look through and choose. I started an order, was prompted to get a menu deal after adding a few items, I then tried going for that that but it doubled up on my items already in the basket instead of updating my order into a menu deal. I tried deleting the unnecessary ones from basket to just keep the menu deal. It wasn't working, made zero sense, the way things were named too, all felt overly complicated. I work with websites and user experience and this kiosk was giving so many errors and making it so difficult I almost gave up. I didn't go for the menu deal in the end as couldn't work it out. Order went through. There were 4 staff behind food counter. After I ordered I asked if I could quickly pay for 2 packs of m&ms with them at the counter and they said no you have to go through the kiosk experience again. I said ok I'm not buying it then if I can't pay at the counter. Apparently it's all self service now. Already a super bad taste from arrival. Film and sound quality was ok, but there were 2 instances where it seemed the screen jumped to a lesser brightness visibly which I'm sure it was their tech and projection and not the film itself. The room got so cold I couldn't feel my nose so felt uncomfortable the whole time. When film ended no one came in and the lights were still off. Felt like they forgot we were even there when the film was done. We struggled to gather all our belongings and food packaging in the dark and leave. There were some dim lights in the stairs area at least. Wanted to throw away my food and packaging in the bins but they were sooo dirty and not opening easily. They had like a lid you had to push down and the big items could barely fit without me touching the disgusting lid to push it down. Then the toilets smelled like a train toilet. Overall just felt like a deserted place that was incredibly dirty. I will not go to this branch ever again after this. Go somewhere else. And looking at the rest of the reviews they all get generic answers with no clear resolution. There's been multiple complaints about temperature and dirtiness and they clearly don't care. You can't answer to a review that says people were freezing or that toilets were really dirty and then the next person sees no change to the experience you offer. So I'm not interested in your official business response which is nothing but another impersonal distant and careless experience. I just want others to see so they can reconsider going there and not wasting their money at this point. Clearly odeon does not care enough to fix the situations in greenwhich.

An absolute embarrassment of a cinema, avoid at all costs!!!! I would give this zero stars if I could. I visited the Odeon Greenwich (near IKEA) today and it was, without question, the worst cinema experience of my life. Where do I even begin? Getting a drink before the film was a complete farce. The self-service ordering system had a huge queue, Costa had one overwhelmed member of staff with a line out the door, and when I tried the Ben & Jerry’s stand I was practically accused of stealing by security. I left empty-handed. Then I used the toilets before the film. I genuinely nearly vomited. There was excrement smeared across the toilet seat and vomit on the floor. Absolutely disgusting and clearly the result of zero maintenance or cleaning standards. I’d paid extra for a “Premier” reclining seat. The seat looked like it belonged in a 1980s bingo hall and didn’t recline at all. To top it off, the screen had no air conditioning. On a warm day it was completely unbearable, like sitting in an oven for two hours. On the way out, the toilets were flooded with water covering the entire floor, leaving one poor staff member to deal with the mess. The escalator was broken, and the stairwell was covered in popcorn. This place is a disgrace. It is poorly maintained, poorly staffed, and frankly unfit to be open to the public. Do not waste a single penny here.
